The Women in Math, Science & Engineering (Â鶹Դ´) Program is an academic living-learning community housed in Cawthon Hall at FSU. Â鶹Դ´ is committed to the academic and career development of women in the fields of science, engineering and mathematics. The goal of Â鶹Դ´ is to grow the STEM workforce.

The Research Experience Program (REP) is really the heart of Â鶹Դ´. It provides funding and research opportunities, a tremendous advantage when applying for a job or graduate school. In the spring, Â鶹Դ´ hosts an annual Research Symposium to showcase the work of those students.
